Tribal is a technology company that provides financial solutions for businesses in LATAM. For this project, we design and developed a solution that helps customers to collect and manage employee receipts and legal invoices, allowing better financial control.
As a Product Designer I was in charge of the full design process from discovery to delivery of the web and mobile solutions.
Companies struggle with expense budgets because receipts are required for every transaction to ensure expense accuracy, compliance, and budget accountability. This is a manual process that forces accountants to chase employees, leading many companies to default to reimbursements—reducing credit line usage and lowering engagement with the Tribal Platform.

We talked with some of our customers to understand how they were feeling and what were the problems they were facing by using the platform. Some of the key insights we found after the interviews were:
